Are you a Real Estate broker?

Hello there,

I am a college student looking to find a job as a salesperson at a nearby real estate brokerage. Before I start applying and sending resumes, I like to know from the brokers here, what do you look for in a candidate?

Apparently experience is not going to be present.
What are the five top factors you as a broker would most look for in the interview and resume?

Thank you in advance for all your time and tips.
