I am trying to find the owner of a piece of property. The physical address is: 351 Wolfridge Road, Leland, N.C. 28451

Visit Brunswick County's GIS, do Edit > Find Addresses to search for 351 Wolfridge Road, and then select the (i) tool and click on the parcel that you are interested in to get information on the property.

Also I strongly suggest people do a physcial search, either in person or by hiring someone to look up the actual deed and see whose name is on it, it will also show if there are any liens.

Next you can go to the county property tax office and see who and what address is being billed for the taxes. you can also find if there are past due taxes on the property.
