The real estate or even the real estate law sections would be the closest thing, unless you just want town info, but alot depends on what the question is,

You are in the real estate section, I already moved it, it is under the main title money and services, then the sub title real estate.

The other section is under law, and sub section real estate law.

But just ask the question and we can move it very easily.

I am curious about the Gainesville, Florida area. I'd appreciate hearing from people who live in this area who can tell me first hand, what to expect and what the nearby towns are like. My husband's work has an opening for Gainesville. I lived in Ocala from 1972-73 and also took trips to Hollywood, Miami, Fort Lauderdale and the Keys. But Gainesville I only visited briefly, when I saw a concert at the Gator Bowl So as you can see, I don't have a clue.

If my landlord wants a rerental fee, can I move with 2 months notice..they say I signed up to stay thru lease, with no exceptions,even tho they can charge a rerental fee...what if they cant rent out this unit, am I out the rerental fee?
