I would like to begin a career in flipping properties but I have no idea where to begin because unfortally I do not have really any credit, I have been a stay at home mom since right after highschool so I have never had an opportunity to have a long term job and try to build credit for myself and my husbands credit is around 550, he has been working on it the past year.
He is a carpenter and I am really good with design and planning. Investment would be a big break for us because money is tight and with our skills labor cost would be minimal.
But I was wondering if anyone knows of any programs that we could find an investor to partner with for the finantal part of this or any loan programs that would be available.
