Girlfriend who owes me money wants to evict me

I have lived with my girlfriend for eight years.

The house is in her name, and I pay her a monthy rent, plus half of utilites and other such expenses.

She is also a student, and I have loaned her significant ammounts of money over the past four years, to help with her school expenses.

Futhermore, I have on at least three occasions I have given her money above and beyond my share of the household expenses to help her pay the morgage. (she would have lost the house and have been evicted herself several times over without my help) (she is a rather irresponsible money manager)

She just gave me a notice that she wants to evict me. (relationship issues)

Though in the past, I have made a decent living, I have been laid off from my job, and currently work about sixty hours per week at menial jobs to make a little money to help her pay her bills and pay for food and such.

Unfortunatly, these menial jobs are not going to add up to enough to rent an appartment for myself. (the cost of living here, and appartment rental rates are very high)

According to the notice, I have to go to a hearing regarding the issue in just three weeks. It is simply not possible for me to move out this quickly. I would literaly wind up "homeless". And alas, I simply have no where else to go.

Given that she owes me an ammount of money that would cover my share of the rent for around a year, can she evict me?

Attempting to get her to repay me would be futile, as she is, as usual, "broke".

Unfortunatly, our agreement is not in writing.

I do however have reciepts to prove all of the money that I have paid.

To top it all off, she has "biker" relatives who have threatened me with violence if I am not out of here in three weeks.
