Garnishing wages in Pennsylvania

Hi,

Does anyone know if you can garnish wages in PA? We have a tenant who damaged our rental in the amount of about $4,000.00. We are hesitant to take her to court because we're not sure if we would actually receive any money. She does have a job and someone told me that they thought we would be able to garnish her wages. Any information would be a great help!!

Thank you!
