Hello everybody, I am a new member, looking for Note holders of Real Estate,Mobil homes,Trust Deeds etc., I need advice on the best way to find them. Thanks

I am in the state of Virginia, however I am looking for Notes nationwide.

What is your end goal?

Thanks Rickj for your reply, my end goal is to purchase these notes from FSBO's and other note holders who may not want a monthly payment and would rather have a lump sum of CASH for other ventures.
