Transfering Title

Florida Lot, being transfered from individual name to joint living trust. My question is can warranty deed be notorized from someone in california, since this is where we live and property in florida?

I can't answer your real estate question. But I can tell you that if a document is required to be notarized, it can be notarized by ANY notary public in the world.

Of course, you need to APPEAR in front of the notary.
