Bad situation with two parties on deed

I have a situation in which I bought a home with another individual and last year the relationship dissolved. I have since listed the property for sale from 03/07-07/07 but I cannot get her to compliantly sign the paperwork necessary to re-list the home for sale. Also, the mortgage is behind and is in jeopardy of foreclosure. I contacted an attorney regarding this matter but I do not have an appointment until next tuesday 1/29/08. What are my options? What questions should I ask the attorney? I am currently living in the home and she resides in Florida. Could a court order her to sign the paperwork? Could the court order her to have a power of attorney for the sale of the house? I want to sell the house not keep living in it and I do not want to remove her from the mortgage. I cannot afford the house. Lastly, could I sue for damages to my credit and/or missed house payments? Again, she is uncooperative and will not send back paperwork for the listing of the home when both myself and my relator have contacted her numerous times regarding this matter. Thank you in advance for any feedback.
