I received a mortage foreclosure complaint from the seminole county circuit court in Florida and before responding to the complaint are there any suggestions on how to word the complaint that would be more appropriate.....this is my first experience
Ok, so you are the owner, are you in default ?? do you have any way to pay the debt ? Are you able to make current payments, just not the late payments
I am not able to current...I have been attempting for the past 4 months to check if the mortage company would consider options such as a modification, I have since had the home listed for the 2nd time trying to sell and I am concerned there as well because I know the eventual offering amount will be less than balance owed.
