i want them out before they move in!

I live in Sarasota Fl. I recently was to share half of my house to a lady and her daughter. They have not actually moved in yet (still another week). There is no lease or contract or anyting of the sort and we have exchanged no money at all. Problem is, she had a dog and 2 cats that she swore were they were never destructive and competely housebroken and very well trained. for the last 2 weeks she has left the animals along with a garage full of belongings. she has not actually laid her head there though. her dog is destroying my home inside as well as out and moving under the fence to begin in the neighbors yard. All she keeps giving is this line of bs that she'll come get the pets. she shows up about every 3 days to check on them. what can i do here? she hasnt even moved in yet and already my house is wrecked! is it legal for me to just give her the boot without any notice?? she still has her own place to live for another week
please help!

I would call her and tell her that not only does she need to find some other place to live, but she needs to come and get her pets or you'll be calling animal control to come and take them away.

There's no legally binding contract, so you can change your mind and tell her she cannot come and live there anymore without fear of problems, except maybe her anger.
