Want roommate out - yes he's on lease
We want to evict the lazy, male roommate that lives here.
He 1) does not pay bills on time 2) forces other roomates to cover him on bills, 3) does not clean up after himself (now we have ants!) 4) has a revolving door of women (whom we hear them having sex!) 5) basically has no respect for us other two women he shares a living space with. Help!

    Hello d:

IF he's on the SAME lease as you, you can't evict him, cause you're not the landlord.

If you have a separate lease with him, you need to evict him according to your states landlord tenant laws. We have copies right here at the top of the real estate page.

As excon stated, if he is on the lease that you all signed with the landlord, then you can't do anything. You would have to work with your landlord who might decide to evict you all.

So you can wait until the lease expires and refuse to let him sign or you all move someplace else.
