    In virginia is a lease still valid if the owner or agent fail to sign it
    I rented a townhouse and found out that the realty company acting as agent that rented to me nor the owner never signed the lease, is it still valid? They were excited because I paid the whole years rent up front.

    Yes... just because YOU got a copy before ethey signed it... doesn't mean they didn't sign theirs. And that's all they need.
