vacating a mobile home that you've inherited

i've inherited a mobile home from my father but have not had the title transferred - i've been living in it for about a year and have no lease with the mobile home part - i do not own the land and the place is falling apart - am i responsible for anything if i vacate the premises?

You mean "mobile home park?

Is there a written lease between your father and the owners of the land? What, if anything does it say?

So you are considering just abandoning the mobile home? To do so might make your father's estate liable to the landowner. Have you been appointed personal representative of the estate?
