transferring a deed to children

Hello...My mother is currently involved with a relationship that led her to making a decision to put her significant other's name on a vacation home in florida. She has agreed to transfer the title over to her children since she is in not great health? I don't know where to begin? or how to advise her to start this process. Thank you so much for your help.

You need to contact the county clerk's office where the home is. They can tell you how to deed the property to the children. BUT if she already added the significant other's name to the deed, then she can only transfer HER portion of the property. The significant other would have to agree to any transfer of his portion.

If she has already done this, then should know how.
