Transfer Ownership of Inherited Property to Another Heir

My mother died without a will and left her home to us, her 5 daughters. She wanted the home to be sold and the money divided between us, but one sister wants to buy the house herself.

What form must we fill out to completely transfer our ownership of the house to the 5th sister? I mean, something that also relieves us of any financial responsibility down the lines, such as with taxes, creditors, etc? We want to receive our payment for the home and then have nothing else to do with the house.

Thanks,
Dani
P.S. We're in Texas.

P.P.S. She also claims that if we refuse to sell the house to her, she will continue to live there rent free, and demands that she get her share if we sell the house. Can we evict her? Is there anything we can do to stop her from getting the house put in her name behind our backs?

you need to take the home though probate court and have the person assigned to be over the estate "sell" it to the one sister. It will be approved by the court and signed by the judge. And she can not do anything without all of you going though court, and who ever is assigned to be over the estate can decide to evict or at least as the judge to have her removed if you are going to sell the house to a third party. But as long as she can get a loan, and pay the same price someone else would I see no problem selling to her
