    Transfer deed from family trust to buyer
    We have a buyer for our house who is willing to pay cash. How can we transfer title from our family trust to the buyer?

    What are the terms of the trust ? Does it allow you to sell the property.

    Who is the administer of the trust, does the trust give them that authority.

    In some trusts yes, in others no it may not. Best bet have it reviewed by a attorney ( perhaps the one that did the trust)
