timeshare garnishment

how much can a timeshare company garnish from my pay if I am in default of my mortague and get sued

Doesn't matter what the debt, the amount would be a pct of your pay (usually max of 25%).

However, with a timeshare, the judge may just tell them to take back the property and resell it. I doubt if they would be given a judgement that they can use to attach other assets.
