    Tenant won't pay rent, won't move furniture out and won't answer calls from me!
    I have a tenant who won't pay rent, won't move furniture out and won't take calls from me. They do not use the house as a primary residence. They are very wealthy and definitely have the means to pay. Just incredibly evasive and dismissive. Dotn know where to turn. Someone please help! I cannot afford to keep paying two mortgages :mad:

    Why aren't you just evicting the tenant for failure to pay rent? That's what eviction laws are for.

    I see no other way to get him out OR get him to pay.

    Edward I'm having the same problem I empathsize with you, the house is going through a sale and I will lose out if the tenant doesn't go
