friend must move out of my home
Im stuck asking my friend to move out. We live in California, and im aware there are special laws pertaining only to California...I have asked him politely to move but he wont. It is my home, and we have no written agreement for rent. What to do to get him to move out? any help appreciated

If he's just staying, and not paying you any money, tell him to pack his things and move out within the next 3 days or you will call the police and have him arrested for trespassing.

He hasbeen living with me for about 3 weeks now...before that he was in and out of my home...living in an independent living situation with others...how do i prove that? he now uses my address as his address to recieve mail and state relief money...
