    Tenant Locked the house and left after eviction notice PA
    Tenant was served eviction notice, after that the house is locked Believe the tenant left. But the house is messed up with tenant's belongings. Tenants never notified me anythig. The tenant owe me 4 months rent. Tried to communicate with the tenant over the phone. But failed. Question: Can I go Inside the house as a landlord and clean up and meke it ready for rent?

    Has the tenant been legally evicted?
