    Tax land sales in Arkansas
I have been wanting to go to a tax auction for years and I think I understand the process but how do I research the property that is for sale? How do I find a physical location of where it is so I can go look at it and make sure there is an easement onto it?

Well first understand that before the sale date there may be dozens or more, some large areas have over 100 properties listed. But the majority will have the taxes paid either by the lien holder or the owner before the sale. If for example you look up 10 properties, you can find them all paid by the sale date.

But you can look up each property at the tax deed office as for their physcial address.
