Take my name off of a home deed

Ok...I am the sole person on a home deed....I need to take my name off and replace it with someone else. Can that be done and what are the cost of doing such?

As long as there is no mortage on the home, you are basicly just selling them the home ( that is the transfer) so you have a new deed done and sign it over

If there is a mortage, they will have to pay you enough money to pay it off, since you can't sell a home to someone else without paying off the mortage
