Son being evicted

Hello I jus graduated from College for my AA I was supposed to leave to the Marines But Had to Delay That option due to A back injury. My question is my mother wants to kick me out of the house I do not do drugs nor bring women home or threatnen my parents. I do not pay rent, but do i have the right to a months notice? or will i be escorted out by the police under California state Law i live in San diego I did not pay rent because of the fact of me being a student which my parents found acceptable/ we do not have any written contract or lease/ so can they legally jus tell me to leave without a months notice? My mother finds it unacceptable to me not working right now iam recieving therapy for my back and cannot leave to the Marines till the begganing of October due to there job fill ratio. My sisted is going through a divorce and will be living with my mom for a while with her daughter also. I have planned to work fulltime till i was ready to leave to the Marines But my mother does not want me at home and quoted as saying "she has done enough" and belives me not want to work since i quit my job since i was planning to be shipped but circumstances with my back have held that me offering to get a job fulltime was not enough this is a issue of she has done enough end of story for her. I have always been a fulltime student and partime worker. I cannot soley belive that by civil law she can ask me to leave without notice although iam not familar with civil Law but Criminal Law I agree its time for me to move on but without notice where will I go? I need a Month at least any input will be appreciated

Yes, they can, unless you signed a lease that says otherwise.

I'm curious as to why they are kicking you out after you got an associate's degree and signed up for the Marines, and now have a medical problem.

Are you telling us everything?

I noticed you are online, are you there at this moment?? If not, are you 18 yet?? The military mentioned above, leaves me to believe that you must be!! The fact that your parents want to have you leave, also makes me believe that you are over 18. Why have you and your parents "parted ways". ?? There is a lot unsaid that needs to be put out there before you can get the answers you wish. ---- Ace

My sister is moving in with her daughter and is getting a divorce my mom feels she has done enough for me in supporting my education and wants me out. This sounds harsh but this is what kind of mom I have.;

You are over 18 and have no rental agreement. She can kick you out, but I doubt if she can enforce it. No police officer is going to remove you forcibly under the circumstances as you have related them.
