    What is my rights as a renter? When the owner decides to sell the home to another party? Do I have to show the house for them while I still rent the home and live in it.

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    You also appear to be the same person using two different names. Can you explain why?

    To answer your question, this should be spelled out in your lease. Most leases do require that the tenant allow the rental property to be shown with reasonable notice. If the house is sold, then the owner assumes your lease and has to abide by the terms of it.
