Showing a rental unit

I read some postings regarding the 24 hour notice required of a realtor prior to showing a rental unit that is for sale. Does this hold true in California and/or is there any other rules in California pertaining to this situation I should know about? Thank you.

Here is the overview of California Landlord-Tenant Law:
http://www.dca.ca.gov/legal/landlordbook/

See pp 32-33. In CA it simply says "reasonable notice". Generally, the law considers 24 hours to be reasonable in most situations.
