    Shared drive
I have a shared drive and one of the neighbours always blocks me in and refuses to move and ask another car to move even though I still wouldn't be able to get out I have a hire car which needed to be taken back I can't get out and have now been charged an extra day just because he wouldn't move his car is there anything I can do to have his car removed
If he just moved his car down in to the next spot all 3 cars could get in and out with out disturbing anyone else

Do you own the home or is it a rental ? Do they own the home or is it a rental.

You can sue them for the cost. And at least here in the US, if they are blocking your usage of common area, you have them towed out of the way.

No it's a rental apartment spot and 4 spaces one of which is free so if he parked in that one we would all get out but no mater how many times I ask he pretends he is not in and then asks me to ask the neighbour but that means I have to ask the neighbour to move his again when if he moed I could get in fine
