Selling without a realtor

We have a buyer who is ready to buy our Northern Virginia home. We want to make the transaction without a realtor. How do we proceed?

Get yourself a real estate attorney to represent you. A legal fee will cost far less than a realtor's commission. The attorney will prepare and negotiate the contract and will handle the closing.
