HOA Board Contact

I live in a condo complex with 72 units. The complex is managed by an outside management company. I have no way to contact the board directly. The president, told me verbally, that everything has to go through the management company. The management company is very difficult. In the most recent communication with the management company, I was told it was "illegal" for them to give me any contact information of the board members. Please let me know the specific law, if in fact, there is one.

They can't share contract info but your board must, by law. Put your request in writing and send it to the BOD, certifed. Attend the next meeting and ask for an answer during the public comments period of the meeting.
