right of quiet enjoyment, does it apply to a lease that expired?
i am renting a parking lot and my lease expired but ive been paying rent monthly, now the landlord wants to give access of the lot to another person while collecting the same amount of rent from me is this legally ok?

no, but they can also break or change your rental agreement with a 30 day notice.
So they can tell you today that in 30 days they are changing the arrangements
