Relief from automatic stay in CA
If A landlord receives a relief from an automatic stay in bankruptcy court, does the eviction process start from the beginning again? If not, what happens?

Once the stay is lifted, the original UD can go forward...provide proof of the relief to the court and ask for the court date to be scheduled.
