Does A Quitclaim Of Deed In The State Of Florida Need To Be Witnessed
And Notorized?

Iam not from Florida but on a web site from a Fla attorney his forms required a witness and a notory

Here is a copy of a quitclaim deed for Fla

If you call the clerk at the courthouse in your area, they can tell you for sure.

If of course you are not sure what you are doing, hiring a title company or attorney is never a bad idea
