Quit Caim Deed

Can The Pastor Of Our Church Quit Claim The Deed To His House To The Church? If So, What Type Of Deed Should He Use? Non- Warranty? Warranty?
Should His Wife Quit Claim Her Portion As Well? Our Pastor Is The Ceo Of Our Church, And Our Church Is A 501c3.

ANYONE can quit claim their interest in real estate...they DEED is a quit claim deed - it only conveys what the maker has.
