But the tax deed once issued is very valid, and there is no need at all for a quiet title filing unless there is a claim from some previous owner.
A tax deed is a clear title ( deed) to the property. I buy and sell tax properties all the time and have never had to do a quiet title action.
I had one property where there was a possible issue, but I merely let them have it for my cost. |
