quick claim deed

I bout a house 3 years before marriage and after the marriage I made a quick claim deed to my wife . Now I am selling the house what are my wifes rights?

She owns whatever portion of the house you quit claimed to her. If you both own the property, you will both have to sign the agreement and both benefit from the sale in proportion to the percentage of ownership. Are there a few details you failed to mention that may make a difference to the answer?
