Property/Quit Claim Deed

My mother and Uncle will be leaving a piece of property to me that they both inherited from their sister, they are both executors of her will. I live in NV, the property is located in Utah. My mother lives in Oregon and my Uncle lives in MO. My question is can this simply be done with a Quit Claim Deed?
