WE live on a AprivateJERSEY but share an ACCESS ROAD TO THE HIGHWAY WITH 23 FAMILIES. Wewant to pave hte road but only about halof of the families want to do this for many reasons, money and not liking black top. the road is a dirty mess and theres always dust flying everytime a car passes. its also filled with huge potholes.we ere told that we have to maintain the road by law but how to we deal with the people who do not want to contribute. we estimate the cost to be about 600.00 per family. that we not include the frontage of each persons property which we propose to do in stone.
