They can not foreclose on you while you are in active bankruptcy ( normally) what chapter did you file and was the home included in the bankruptcy ?

If the home is included in the bankruptcy you need to notify your bankruptcy attorney to be sure they were notified.

If foreclosed where you served legal notice of the sale ( and court action in some states) ** (some states do not require court hearing for foreclosure)

Unless they first obtain relief from stay.
When did this foeclosure happen relative to the bankruptcy and were you given notice of foreclosure before it was completed?
