Neices boyfriend of two years moved out

Asked Jun 1, 2009, 12:38 PM — 1 Answer
I am the owner of the house and my niece has lived in my Houston Texas home since 2003. She has since been divorced, her boyfriend moved in two years ago. To date they are three months behind in rent and yesterday he had movers come and move the things he wanted out of the house. She had a one day warning. When can we change the locks and get rid of the remaining items left? Some utilities are in his name.

If he has moved out, change the locks. It won't be considered to be locking him out.
