How do I get this psycho out of my house?

My ex and I own a house in Pennsylvania and Now she is living there with her new girlfriend. We have talked and decided to keep the house and live as friends. I moved out about 3 months ago but it is my house and I donn't see why the new girl should get the privilege of enjoying something that my ex and I worked so hard for. How can I legally get this crazy chick outta my house ( not my ex... the new one)? Can I get her evicted? She doesn't work and does not pay for the house at all? What can I do to get MY house back??

If your ex's name is on the title then I don't think there is much you can do about who she invites to live there.

You can not evict anyone your ex says can live there, if your wifes name is on the deed also.

Are you married, ? if so, you can file for divorce and try and take the home away from your ex wife, or get her to buy out your share, or perhaps the court will give it to her.

now if you are not married, you both own the home, so move back in, untill she buys you out, but the crazy chick can not be evicted as long as she is your wifes guest.
