    Month to month notice to leave
    I rent month to month in Florida with no lease, how long in advance does the landlord have to give a notice to leave the premises?

    Normally it runs the same as your payment unless there is something in writing stating a different time frame.

    So if you pay and rent month to month, a month notice.
