If so, you appear to have a contract with a decedent's estate. It might take a while for the family of the dead person to figure things out, but after giving them a decent period of time to will want to contact them (the personal representative, actually) to determine how soon closing might occur.
If no acceptance was done, you might want to also find out who the personal representative (executor) will be and re-submit the offer to him/her. | | |  | Junior Member | |
