Locked Out

Im a business owner that has been locked out (Changed Locks) as we were 2 months behind in the rent. To pay the real estate rent i need access to the premises to do the books for the ATO. There is NO Wriiten Lease/Contract it is only verbal. The Real Estate is still invoicing us and I have suffered depression and loss of income due to the business not running. The Real Estate are being very childish as they will not even let us access the premises for 3 minutes to get our paper work.
Can someone PLEASE HELP ME>

Well first shame on you for not having any written lease or rental agreement.

They can not legally do this, they have to do a legal eviction. I can not tell you what I would do, since it may not be 100 percent legal but then it is still your business till you are legally evicted.

But you will have to file a motion in court to order them to let you in, and you can also sue them for damages for the loss of income for the doors being locked on you.
Time for an attoreny.
