    Lien on Minnesota Real Estate property
    Is there a free form to place a lien on a Minnesota property?

    Why are you putting alien on the propety, are you loaning someone money and using a lien to secure the debt, Are you a debt collector that has gotten a judgement nad wants to file for a lien as payment for the judgement, are you a construction worker that is not paid, and have gotten a judgement and wants a lien? Or a dozen other what ifs??
