How to file a suit to quiet title
I own a home with someone else. We were never married. We are both on the title and the mortgage. Bought the home 4 years ago. Last year I gave birth to our first born child. When she was only 2 weeks old he abandoned the both of us and our home. Left me to be a single mom and to deal with the home. It's been a struggle. I don't know where he is and he has not tried to come around. How do I get him off the title.

This is not an action to quiet title.

If he on the Mortgage? If so, you can't get him off the Deed/Title without the permission of the mortgage holder. If you do so without their permission, they can recall the mortgage.

Have you taken him to Court for child support and any other issues?
