    How to evict a roommate on a lease in the state of virginia
    I know a person living with a woman who has threaten him... He has going to the police to have her evicted but she is on the lease... Is there anything he can do to have her removed... He pays the rent and the bills for the apartment and all of the furniture is in his name... She pays nothing and has cause nothing but leagal problems...

    Is she the only person on the laese or are they both. I don't see that eviction is going to happen with what we know so far. He can try to press charges againist her for assault but Police don't aways take this type of situation very seriously unless there is battery.

    A order of protection that keeps her at a distance if he can prove she is a threat.

    But if he feels his life is at serious danger, perhaps he should move
