How to buy out someone on my deed.

I need to know how I go about either removing someone from my deed or buying them out. Do I have to do anything at all or do I wait until I am ready to sell?

Ok who do you want to remove ? a long dead relation or a ex spouse, or a friend ?

If you want them off the deed, with the exception of a dead person, you buy them out, you ask them how much they want for thier half and pay them. You can't sell your part normally unless they will also sell, so waiting till you are ready can really mess things up if they decide to make it hard
