How can I go about finding house to buy that have backed taxes?

The courthouse publishes a list each year pror to the auction. Now most will not actually sell at the auction, since most are paid even a day or two prior, but that is where you start.

So you go to the auction held at the courthouse and bid on the property.

They will want paid at time of auction normally.
