Hardship Clause To Break A Lease? - SC

I found this board from Google... I was just curious, Does anyone know of a hardship clause to break a lease? I was laid off from my previous job and have two other offers, both in different states.

I'm in South Carolina.

Thanks!

Talk to the HR dept in both new job offers about them "buying you out of your lease" and consider their response when making your decision which to take.

A job change is not a "hardship" event.
