Florida law regarding rent increases on mobile home lot

Is there a law that governs how much rent may be increased on a mobile home on a leased/rented lot in the state of Florida?

Hello sun:

I dunno about mobile home landlord/tenant law. It's not the same as residental. However, without a lease a landlord CAN raise the rent on a regular home as much as he wants. I wouldn't think the Florida legislators would make a law about mobile homes when they didn't make one for regular homes.

Therefore, I would say that the landlord can raise the rent as much as he wants.
